By using this website and booking our equipment rental or caretaker/nursing services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Equipment Rental
Rented equipment remains the property of Veeraesh Home Health Care. Customers are responsible for the equipment during the rental period and must return it in good condition. A refundable security deposit may apply as shown on each product.
Caretaker & Nursing Services
Caretaker and nursing bookings are confirmed after our team contacts you to verify requirements, availability and final pricing. Charges are billed as per the shift/visit rate shown at the time of booking, subject to confirmation.
Payments
Payments can be made online via Razorpay or, where enabled, by cash/pay-on-delivery. GST-compliant invoices are issued for confirmed orders and services.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be made by contacting us as early as possible. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed as per the terms communicated at the time of booking.
Limitation of Liability
We ensure our equipment is sanitized and maintained, and our caregivers are verified, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our equipment or services beyond what is required by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
