How quickly can a caregiver start?
For most bookings we confirm within a few hours and a caregiver can start the same or next day. Urgent nursing needs — call us directly.
Are your nurses and caretakers verified?
Yes. Every caregiver goes through ID and address verification and a police check, and nurses must hold a valid nursing registration. You can ask to see documents before the first shift.
What if we are not happy with the caregiver?
Tell your coordinator. We will arrange a replacement, usually within 24–48 hours, at no extra cost.
Do caretakers stay at our home?
For live-in (24-hour) care, yes. The family provides a place to sleep and meals. Day and night shifts are 12 hours each.
